Within 7-10 business days of our Discovery Call, you will receive a proposal with thoughtfully selected hotel options. Depending on the level of service you choose, this proposal may also include ground transportation, tours, activities, and excursions.

All proposals are 100% customizable and adjustable to better suit your needs, budget, and travel vision.

Once your proposal is finalized, you'll receive a client profile form to complete and then we start booking!

After your trip is booked, you sit back and relax, and I will handle the rest. I will manage payment deadlines, confirmations, room requests, dietary restrictions, loyalty program inclusions, and planning/booking as much of your trip as you’d like.
